Nasi Lemak

Nasi Lemak Serve 4-6 pax

Living in Malaysia is good.
Why?Because Malaysia is a peaceful and disaster-proof Country but...
What it is best is that Malaysia is mixed with different religious and race.
Because of it,Malaysia has plentiful of good foods around.
Born as a Malaysian,we oath to learn a few food from other race.
This week i am making a Malaysian favorite dish
"Nasi Lemak"
Okay here we go but first...

Prepare

4 Cups of Basmathi rice
150ml  of Coconut Milk
550ml  of Water
1Stalk of Pandan Leaves [Screwpine]
Some Salt to taste
3 Slice of Ginger,Shredded

Method
1.Wash the basmathi rice and place it in the electric rice cooker with the salt and knotted pandan leaves.
2.Then pour in the coconut milk , ginger , water over the rice and soak it for roughly 30minutes [To make the rice Fluffy]
3.Cook rice.Once the cooking button auto switched to the "Keep Warm button.Fluff the rice with a pair of chopsticks or fork.
4.Leave it warm in the rice cooker before serving.
